Hollow wall anchors are used to attach floating shelves,shelving brackets and cube shelving to cavity gyprock walls. Note the weight capacity of shelving or shelving brackets using only hollow wall anchors to attach to a wall, will be reliant on the strength of the gyprock or drywall sheeting.
The code HW3 (screw diameter 5mm) should be used for our floating shelves, except the bevelled edge type which we recommend using the smaller HW2SIL as the bracket fixing holes are a smaller diameter (4mm) .
